Returns & Exchanges

We have a clear and concise return policy to ensure a stress-free experience.

Items can be returned for any reason within 21 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Beauty products must be unopened. To initiate a return, email us at CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com and a Customer Care Associate will start the return process. Return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.

Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of LaBu and will be refunded as store credit.

Gift returns will be issued store credit. Please contact us at CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com to arrange a gift return.

Skincare, mark downs, custom goods, made-to-order goods, and gift certificates are final sale.

Damaged goods are defined as goods that are damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, please email us within 5 days of receipt at CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com.

The return window for orders placed from Black Friday through Christmas Eve will be extended to January 2nd.

Please mail your return using the shipping method of your choice. Upon request, we can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and deduct $5 from the value of your return.

Refunds will be credited to the original card. If your item was purchased with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the return to show on your credit card while your bank processes it. This varies from financial institution to financial institution.


Exchange Policy

Within 21 days of receipt, we will exchange your item for the same item in a different size or color. Exchanges are based on stock availability. Custom and made-to-order goods may not be exchanged. If we are unable to exchange an item, it may be returned. Please email us at CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com to request an exchange. Exchange shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.

We are only able to offer exchanges for size and color. All other exchanges are processed as returns. Please return your original items and then place an order for the new item of your choice.
