- Payment Security
We maintain best practice security protocols for a secure shopping experience.
Card data goes direct to our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
Our site is PCI DSS Compliant. Read more about PCI Standards on their website – www.pcisecuritystandards.org.
We use sitewide Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a secure protocol that encrypts card information and personal data during transfer from our site to the payment processor. When looking at the address bar it displays “https” in lieu of “http” along with a green locked padlock icon and our company name (as shown below). This signifies that the connection is secured using SSL.
Verify the status of our SSL certificate by clicking the GeoTrust badge below.
Additionally, to protect against credit card fraud, we have an internal checklist that each order is verified against. If an order is flagged as suspected fraud, we hold it in our shop until order details are verified. Orders confirmed as fraud are immediately reported to our payment processor so they can notify the bank or credit card company.
