DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order.
Creating an account allows you to save addresses, view past orders, see recently viewed items, save and share a wish list, and other conveniences. However, an account is not required for placing an order.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
On the login page, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email on file. If you do not get the email within a few minutes, check your junk folder.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Login to your account. From the main account page, click the “Your Account Details” link to change your email address.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of you order, login to your account. From the left side menu select “View Order Status.”
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Please email us at CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed and shipped.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE?
A gift card is the same thing as a gift certificate in our shop. Click the “Gift Certificates” link at the top of the page and enter your information in the required fields. Select the “Add Gift Certificate to Cart” button and check out as usual. You will receive an order confirmation email. The gift certificate recipient will receive an email with the gift certificate and your message (if you included one).
CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Occasionally, we will offer gift wrapping during the holidays. Please check back.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A GIFT ENCLOSURE?
Yes, we can include a handwritten gift enclosure. Please leave your message in the “Order Comments” box when checking out.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
WILL YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to California addresses.
I WAS GIVEN A GIFT CERTIFICATE. HOW DO I REDEEM IT?
During check out, enter the code from the gift certificate in the “Promo/Gift Certificate” field of the order summary section. Any unused amount will remain on your account as a store credit.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND PRIVATE MAIL BOXES?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes or private mail boxes. Please see our Shipping page for our complete shipping policy.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes, we offer same business day delivery in select locations. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
HOW DO I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?
We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
High value orders require signature receipt. Please email any questions to CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com.
DOES LABU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS?
No, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in the same order. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Your tracking number can be found in your shipping notification email or in your account under “View Order Status.” For standard shipping, enter your tracking number at USPS. For expedited shipping, track your number at FedEx.
IS YOUR PACKAGING MATERIAL RECYCLABLE OR BIODEGRADABLE?
Yes, our shipping boxes can be reused or recycled. Our peanuts are biodegradable and dissolve in water. For fragile items, we use plastic bubble wrap for additional protection. If you receive an item with bubble wrap, please recycle it.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I DON’T LIKE IT?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 21 days of receipt. Please review our Return Policy for details.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM? CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Yes. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Please review our Exchange Policy for details.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at CustomerCare@ShopLaBu.com within 21 days of receipt. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for our full policy.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
You will be refunded the full purchase price for any item returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?
During check out, enter the promo code in the “Promo/Gift Certificate” field of the order summary section.
WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE?
We occasionally mark down items to reduce our inventory. These items are final sale. Custom goods and made-to-order items are final sale as they are made specifically for you. Gift certificates are also final sale.
DOES LABU HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
We host a storewide sale two times per year for VIP members only. To become a VIP, sign up for our email list. You can find the sign-up at the bottom of any page.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

DOES MY COMPUTER NEED TO ACCEPT COOKIES TO SHOP ON SHOPLABU.COM?
Yes. Cookies are required to login and for certain other features of the shop to work.
DOES LABU SELL OR RENT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
IF I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE EMAILS, WILL YOU SPAM ME?
No, we will not spam you. Nor will we sell or rent your personal information so someone else can spam you. Newsletters are sent infrequently and average one to two times per month.
